Traditional Direct Conduit $2,000,000 + Select rates available for 5,7,10 and 15 year term loans -   Loans up to 80% for multi-family and certain commercial properties.
Stated Small Business Loans up to 90% of value. $100,000 - 1,500,000 -  Offered only if we do senior loan - Increases of 5% generally available. Greater than 5% on an exception basis. No additional underwriting required

Stated Income Program #1 From $250,000 to $3,000,000 No Borrower tax returns or income validation required. 
Stated Income Program #2 From $250,000 to $1,000,000. This program bridges the gap between bank quality loans and hard money financing. No Borrower tax returns or income validation required and property income is stated as well.

To accommodate your financing needs, we must have accurate records about you. Therefore, when you apply for a loan, we may collect "nonpublic personal information" about you from the following sources: (1) loan applications or other forms completed by you; (2) records of your transactions with us; (3) reports from consumer reporting agencies; and/or (4) verifications from employers, landlords, lenders and others.

Parties with Whom We Share Information Disclosures Allowed by Law:

We may retain service providers to perform functions on our behalf, such as, credit reporting agencies, appraisal companies, title companies, escrow agents and flood zone certification vendors. We also may utilize the services of companies that are needed to service loans or sell loans to other investors, such as, escrow account administrators for the payment of taxes and insurance and technology companies that provide data processing services. In order for such companies to perform the required services, information will be shared with them. The law allows us to provide this information and you may not opt-out from the disclosure of this information. In addition to the third parties described above, we may also share your information with certain nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by applicable law.

With Non-Affiliated Third Parties:

We reserve the right to disclose all of the nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties such as financial service providers (i.e. providers of home equity lines, insurance agents and credit card companies), non-financial companies (i.e. direct marketers, security system installers, and home improvement firms), and others such as non-profit organizations.

Your "opt-out" Rights:

We share information with non-affiliates to make available products and services to meet your financial and homeownership needs. If you do not want your information shared with non-affiliated third parties, you may opt-out of having your personal information shared by calling 1-888-848-4731. Please have your account number available. On a joint account with Direct Money Lenders Inc., we will treat an opt-out from a joint consumer as applying to all of the associated joint consumers.

Policy for Former Customers and Consumers:

Former consumers and customers have the same "opt-out" privileges identified in this policy. We will adhere to the privacy policies and "opt-out" privileges you exercise even after you cease being an active customer of Direct Money Lenders Inc.  Our Security Procedure takes the necessary steps to safeguard your information. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to perform their job function. We maintain physical, electronic 128 bit encryption, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your information.
